OLD:Grooming a horse or pony. Leading a horse.

OLD:Washing horses dishes.

NEW:Watching a veterinarian do his job.Also walk a horse so that the vet could see if theres anything wrong with that horses legs/feet. In addition listening to one of the horses heart.
